The State of West Virginia, Department of Commerce, Divisionmof Natural Resources, offers by bid award the exclusive right and privilege to lease for production purposes, certain of the Stateás oil and gas resources under the following properties:
- Underlying portions of Fishing Creek, containing 55.0 net acres, m/l, in Green District, Wetzel County, West Virginia, having a beginning latitude of 33.57195 and longitude of -80.74208 and meandering in an easterly direction with the ordinary low water mark to a point in the waterway having an ending latitude of 39.57195 and longitude of -80.74208.

The bidding procedure and prospectus package generallydescribes the area to be leased, including location maps, contains a list of specifically required information of each bidder and sets out the minimum bid requirements. The DNR must receive bids from interested parties for these properties no later than 3:00 pm on December 21, 2017.
