ASSESSOR’S OFFICE BEGINS FIELD REVIEW
The Clay County Assessor’s Office will begin reviewing property for Tax Year 2019. Within the next several months, property in Buffalo and Otter Districts will be visited and reviewed by the Assessor and or a’ Deputy Assessor. In addition, other areas of the county will be reviewed where there has been improvement to the property.
Those who will be doing the review are Teresa Davis, Assessor, Jo Taylor, & McKenzie Smith, Deputies Assessor.
