RESIDENTS

The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 15th day of November, 2018, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of Jonathan Brockman, 254 Pilot Street, Princeton, WV 24739, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to operate a restaurant also offering billiards and beer to patrons at 806 Thorn Street, in the Commercial (C-1) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia (City Tax Map 17, Parcel 54).
The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Board of Zoning Appeals to operate a restaurant offering alcoholic beverages and indoor amusements in the Commercial (C-1) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia.
At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
