APPRAISAL AND TECHNICAL REVIEW APPRAISAL SERVICES
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Beckley Sanitary Board is accepting bids for the services of a State-Certified Real Estate Property Appraiser to perform appraisal reports and is simultaneously accepting bids for the services of a State-Certified Real Estate Property Appraiser to perform technical reviews of appraisal reports for 11 residential properties located in Beckley, WV. Qualified bidders are welcome to submit bids for both services but can only be selected for one.
Copies of the Statement of Work for each service, bid requirements, and submission instructions may be obtained from the Beckley Sanitary Board, 304-256-1760 at 301 South Heber St, Beckley between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4 P.M. Monday through Friday.
Bid will be received by the Beckley Sanitary Board, Raleigh County, West Virginia until 2 P.M., L.P.T, on Friday, May 15th, 2026, at which time the Bids received for both services will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be submitted to the General Manager in sealed envelopes clearly marked to indicate the contents and distinguish between the separate bids. Bids may be delivered to 301 S. Heber St, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids received after the scheduled closing time will be returned unopened to bidders.
The Beckley Sanitary Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
