BERKELEY/MORGAN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENTS
ARE ACCEPTING BIDS FOR
ONE 4X4 OR AWD VEHICLE
Proposals must be submitted and time-stamped to the Berkeley County Health Department no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 22, 2026.
PRICE PROPOSAL:
At a minimum, your Price Proposal shall include the following:
1. Specifications and Price Proposal in its entirety. Berkeley County Health Department is tax-exempt.
2. Fully executed Non-Collusion Certificate
3. Proof of current business licenses.
4. Statement that only US Citizens or legal immigrants are employed.
5. Proof of minimum insurance requirements.
6. Any conclusions, remarks and/or supplemental information pertinent to this request.
