IS REQUESTING CUSTOMERS TO UPDATE THEIR MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS AND EMAILS
The Public Service Commission (PSC) requires all public utilities to comply with W.Va. Code 24-2-22. Service Outage Communication Plans. This code requires Utility’s to contact their customers via text message or email regarding the availability of water service during an outage. Due to this new requirement, we are requesting our customers to update their mobile phone numbers and emails with our office.
