BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
The Morgan County Commissioners will be sitting as a Board of Review and Equalization, as required by West Virginia Code 11-3-24, on February 1, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., February 6, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., at the Paw Paw Senior Center; February 9, 6:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., and February 14, 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., for the purpose of reviewing and equalizing the assessments made by the Assessor.
If any person fails to apply for relief at these meetings, they shall have waived their right to ask for correction in their assessment list for the current year and shall not thereafter be permitted to question the correctness of their list as finally fixed by the Commission, except on appeal to the Circuit Court.
