Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of April, 2019, at 11:30 oáclock a.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Robert Waters, Marilia Alvarez will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her name from Marilia Alvarez to Zulma Marilia Alvarez Yari De Berry, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
