You will take notice that Todd Alexander and Crystal Renee Edwards Sr., the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 418749, located in RHODELL CORP District, Sur Lot 9 Rhodell which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Phillip McKinney and Linda Reed, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on December 10, 2018. Todd Alexander and Crystal Renee Edwards Sr. requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after April 3, 2019, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before April 3, 2019 will be as follows:
