Mason, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419390, located in MABSCOTT CORP District, SUR LOT 91 MABSCOTT HGTS ADD which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of JAMES H AND VIRGIE PENN, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on August 23, 2018. Mark E. Mason requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after December 10, 2018, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
