You will take notice that Mains Systems Inc., the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419448, located in SHADY SPRING District, SUR 0.34 AC NR BEAVER which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of DUSTIN JAMES THOMPSON, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on August 23, 2018. Mains Systems Inc. requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after January 7, 2019, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
