You will take notice that Roger Tolliver, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 419522, located in TOWN District, 0.42 AC CRAB ORCHARD PT VENTURE SD PH #2 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of WILLIAMS RESOURCES CORPORATION, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of RALEIGH County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on August 23, 2018. Roger Tolliver requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after December 10, 2018, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
