You will take notice that LINDA S NICHOLS, the purchaser of the tax liens on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2013-S-00000007, LT 348 40 X 132.5, located in DAVIS CORP, which was returned delinquent in the name of ANDERSON SCOTT J (ESTATE) and for which the tax liens thereon were sold by the sheriff of Tucker County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on 13th day of November 2013, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount you will have to pay on the last day, March 31, 2015, will be as follows:
