Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of April, 2024, at the hour of 11:45 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the undersigned Petitioner will apply to the Circuit Court of Tucker County, County Courthouse, Parsons, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said court to change the name of the minor child from W.R.B. to the name of W.R.E.
Any party objecting to the change of name who can show good cause why the name should not be changed may appear at said time and place.
