The object of this action is to quiet title to that certain real estate, located in Parsons Corporation, Tucker County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows:
Map: 9 Parcel: 16
A certain lor or parcel of land situate on Second Quality Hill in said City of Parsons, containing 25 poles, more or less, known as the Spangler property.
Any person named above or any person who has an interest in this proceeding must appear and defend within 30 days of the first publication of this Order or otherwise a judgment by default will be rendered against any such person at any time thereafter. The name of the Plaintiff’s attorney is Pat A. Nichols, P.O. Box 201, Parsons, WV 26287.
A copy of the Complaint to Quiet Title may be obtained from the Office of the Clerk of the Tucker County Circuit Court.
