Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of March 2025, at 3:00 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Kathleen Irene McClung will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Ford, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Kathleen Irene McClung to Kathleen Irene Thomas. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
