CITY OF DUNBAR NOTICE OF DEMOLITION NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Dunbar to each of the following individually listed owners that the subject dwellings located in the City of Dunbar have been found to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and/or detrimental to public safety or welfare as defined by W.V. Code 8-12-16, the Dunbar Building Department and/or its agents, intend to enter the subject properties on January 19, 2026, or as soon thereafter as practical, for the purpose of demolishing the dwellings.
