Advertisement for bids
The City of Lewisburg is seeking bids for electric car charging stations (2) from all interested, licensed, insured and bonded contractors.
The purpose of this advertisement is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders to furnish labor, material and supplies for two electric car charging stations.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, June 19, 2018, at 9:00 AM at Lewisburg City Hall located at 942 Washington Street West, Lewisburg, WV 24901. The purpose of the mandatory pre-bid meeting is to discuss the location and preferred equipment. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
Each bid shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and must be received by Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at noon.
All bidding documents shall be submitted in a single envelope addressed to the Owner marked with the following information in the lower left hand corner:
“Name and address of bidder”

Any contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates and acknowledges that he/she has a valid WV Contractor’s license, a City of Lewisburg business license and meets the qualifications required by the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The City of Lewisburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
