ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Lewisburg is seeking bids for City Street Paving from all interested, licensed, insured, and bonded paving contractors.
The purpose of this advertisement is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders to furnish labor, materials and supplies required to pave City Streets within the corporate limits of the City of Lewisburg.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lewisburg Public Works office located at 396 Feamster Road. The purpose of the mandatory prebid meeting is to discuss the project and tour the streets to outline the proposed paving. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
Each bid must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. All bidding documents shall be submitted in a single envelope addressed to the Owner marked with the following information in the lower left-hand corner.

Any contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a valid WV Contractor’s license, a City of Lewisburg business license and meets the qualifications required by the statues of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. The City of Lewisburg reserves the right to reject and or all bids.
