Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Pleasant valley, a municipal corporation, will hold a public before the final vote on a proposed ordinance, the principal object of which is repealing a portion of Section 1 (b) of Ordinance No. 23 regarding occupancy of a hotel room for thirty (30) or more consecutive days. The title of such ordinance is “An Ordinance Repealing The Provision Portion of Section 1(b) of Ordinance No. 23 Regarding Occupancy of a Hotel Room fir 30 or More Consecutive Days.” The final vote on adoption of said proposed ordinance shall be held in the council chambers of the City of Pleasant Valley, 2340 Kingmont Road, Pleasant Valley, West Virginia, on June 21, 2016, at 7:00p.m. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the Municipal building of the City of Pleasant Valley, West Virginia, 26554.
