The City of Vienna Streets Department is seeking sealed bids for ready mix concrete and flowable fill to be delivered to various City job sites for the 2019 calendar year.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Public Works Director, Vienna Utility Board Building, 210 60th Street, Vienna WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00am on Friday, February 8, 2019, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be return to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked ‘SEALED BID ST19-04ã.
Prospective bidders may contact Tommy Bunner at (304) 295-4543 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia.
