NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code 24D-1-1, et seq., as amended, and WV Code of State Rules – 150 CSR 26, et seq., take notice that the Council of the City of Vienna will hold a public hearing on September 24, 2015 at 6:45 o’clock, p.m., at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, West Virginia, upon the extension of the current Cable Provider Franchise Agreement originally held by CEBRIDGE ACQUISITIONS, LLC, now held by CEQUAL CORPORATION, d/b/a Suddenlink Communications.
Any interested person may submit written comments on Suddenlink’s extension of the current franchise agreement. Written comments must be received by the Mayor’s Office at City Hall, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV on or before September 24, 2015 at 4:00PM.
The proposed extension ordinance is available for public review in the Mayor’s Office until September 24, 2015 at 4:00PM. Written comments should include the name, address, and telephone number of the writer and a concise statement of the nature of the issues raised.
