Management Services for

Jackson Park Pool

 

The City of Vienna is seeking proposals to select a firm to provide professional management service for the operation of the Jackson Park Pool for the 2015 season. Interested firms must demonstrate experience in similar projects as primary management firm. The purpose for this competitive process is to select the firm which will provide the highest quality service at a competitive fee.

 

A copy of the RFP guidelines can be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Vienna City Hall, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.

 

Applicants shall furnish five copies of their proposal and be prepared to make a presentation before the selection committee. An appointment can be arranged for Monday, March 23, 2015, by contacting Norm Harris, Parks and Recreation Director at (304) 295-5070, ext. 366, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

 

All work performed shall be done according to regulations issued by the U.S. Government, the State of West Virginia, The American Red Cross, and the City of Vienna. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. A City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective vendors must provide a copy of a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
