VVFD ITEMS FOR SALE
The City of Vienna Volunteer Fire Department will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of items listed below:
FIRST ITEM:
1970 International CO1600 Cab over foldout stage truck
GVW 19,500 8700 miles
Stage folds out to approximately 24’ X 18’
Runs, but will not drive (hydraulic clutch inoperable)
SECOND ITEM:
1990 âLearn Not To Burnã Safety House
Made on tri-axle mobile home frame
Approximate size is 32’ X 8’
If you are interested in submitting a bid or viewing the items for sale, please contact Chief Steve Scholl at (304) 295-5652, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Sealed bids will be received until 9:00am on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be opened.
All bids must be clearly marked âBid VVFD Equipment.ã The above items will be sold to the highest bidder. Payment must be in the form of cash, certified check, or other acceptable surety. The City of Vienna reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. Items for sale are as is with no warranty express or implied. The successful bidder must make arrangements within 72 hours to complete the transaction and take possession of the item(s).
