City of Vienna Invitation to Bid VUB#18-01
RFP-Utility Billing Software
The City of Vienna is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Utility Billing Software.
The specific services requested via this RFP can be obtained at the Vienna Utility Board 210 60th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00AM on Monday, August 28, 2017, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No RFP may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the preparer unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID VUB# 18-01ã.
