The object of the above entitled action is to obtain a release of an interest in a Deed of Trust claimed by Dana Alderman of record in Lien Book 643 at page 988 dated March 1st, 1995 which secured property located at 1 Mustang Acres, Parkersburg, WV 26101. Defendant has refused to sign such release and Plaintiff prays that the court enter an order to release the Deed Of Trust and order that the Defendant be entitle to no compensation. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that process has been delivered to the Sherriff twice and has been returned twice without being executed, it is
ORDERED that the Defendant do serve upon R. Vance Golden, III, counsel for the Plaintiff, whose address is 543 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 3, 2019, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerkás Office at the Judicial Annex, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
