Rush, by next kin for OLIVIA TRINITY TAIT, filed a Petition in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, for an Order by said Court, changing the name of OLIVIA TRINITY TAIT to OLIVIA TRINITY RUSH. If anyone shall object to this name change they may petition the Mercer County Circuit Court located at 1501 Main Street, Suite 111 Princeton, WV 24740, on or before February 28, 2020 @ 11:30 in the Honorable William Sadler, Courtroom or (10) days of this publication.
