A public meeting will be held on April 28, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Clay County Commission hearing room, Clay County Courthouse, 246 Main Street, Clay, WV 25043. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the proposal by the Clay County Commission to amend the surcharge fee collected by the Enhanced 911 Emergency Telephone System Ordinance.
