(CNB), the parent company of CNB Bank, Inc. announced for the three months ended March 31, 2025, CNB had consolidated net income of $849,651 or $2.17 per common share and $2.39 per Class A common share as compared to $1,048,183, or $2.68 per common share and $2.95 per Class A common share for the three months ended March 31, 2024.
Capital is a key measure of a bank’s financial health and CNB continues to be rated a well-capitalized financial institution by regulatory authorities. CNB’s capital totaled $42.3 million or 6.5% of total assets as of March 31, 2025.
CNB, with total assets at March 31, 2025 of $650.3 million, has two full service offices and ATMs in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. The Bank has three full-service branch offices and ATMs in Berkeley County, West Virginia.
