Mark D. Harrell, President/CEO of CNB Financial Services, Inc. (CNB), the parent company of CNB Bank, Inc. announced for the three months ended June 30, 2024, CNB had consolidated net income of $1.2 million or $3.12 per common share and $3.43 per Class A common share as compared to $880,323, or $2.25 per common share and $2.48 per Class A common share for the three months ended June 30, 2023. For the six months ended June 30, 2024, CNB had consolidated net income of $2.3 million, or $5.80 per common share and $6.38 per Class A common share as compared to $1.8 million, or $4.59 per common share and $5.05 per Class A common share for the six months ended June 30, 2023.
Capital is a key measure of a bank’s financial health and CNB continues to be rated a well-capitalized financial institution by regulatory authorities. CNB’s capital totaled $38.8 million or 6.2% of total assets as of June 30, 2024.
CNB, with total assets at June 30, 2024 of $625.3 million, has two full service offices and ATMs in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. The Bank has three full-service branch offices and ATMs in Berkeley County, West Virginia. Our Berkeley County office locations are in Hedgesville, South Martinsburg and Falling Waters, West Virginia. The Bank has four full service branch offices and ATMs in Washington County, Maryland. Our Washington County office locations are in Hancock with our three Hagerstown offices located at Long Meadow, Duall Highway and our newest office located at 17803 Virginia Avenue.
