Declare Special
Cash Dividend
Jay E. Dick, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNB Financial Services, Inc., announced the Board of Directors at their regular meeting held February 12, 2025, declared a special cash dividend of $1.40 per share to Common Shareholders. Total cash dividends paid to Common Shareholders based on 2024 company earnings equals $2.60 per share. The Board of Directors also declared a special cash dividend of $1.54 per share to Class A Common Shareholders. Total cash dividends paid to Class A Common shareholders based on 2024 company earnings equals $2.86 per share. Chairman Dick noted the dividend reflects the Bank’s solid earnings performance and strong financial position. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record March 7, 2025, and is payable on March 14, 2025.
