Invitation to Bid
The Clay County Commission will be accepting bids to refresh the Zetron Max Dispatch system at the 911 center. The refresh will consist of the following items:
2 Max Centrals with dual rackmount option
3 Zetron workstations, Windows 10 PC’s with dual network cards, updated drivers/software
3 media dock kits with TRHI interface
3 desk microphones
2 network switches (rackmount)
Update to current version on Max Dispatch (5.11 , currently on 4.2)
Product protection plan, covers 5 years of hardware protection and software updates
Configuration and installation of system components must be done by a certified Zetron dealer that is certified in the maintenance of Max Dispatch. Bids will be received until February 23, 2024. The commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all bids.
