COMMISSION ORDER
On January 6, 2015, Micheal E. Taylor, dba Quality Sanitation Service filed an application for the transfer and assignment of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-5069 to Quality Sanitation Service, LLC, authorizing —
to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of trash, rubbish and garbage between points and places in Wood County.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Michael E. Taylor, dba Quality Sanitation Service give notice of the filing of the application, by publishing a copy of this order once in a qualified newspaper as provided in W. Va. Code ç59-3-1 et seq, published and of general circulation in Wood County making due return to this Commission of proper certification of publication immediately after publication. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commissionás review thereof Requests to intervene must comply with the Commissionás rules on intervention set forth in the Commissionás Rules of Practice and Procedure.
