The Committee on Aging for Randolph County, Inc. is soliciting bids for the performance of a formal agency-wide audit in conformance with AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide Audits of State and Local Government Units, and GAO Standards for Audits of Governmental Organizations, Programs, Activities and Functions. Bids should include audit services for two years (FY2016 and FY2017), and include cost of IRS form 990. Audit and 990 must be completed by January 31. Bid should include review of the annual bingo and raffle financial statements as required by the WV State Tax Department. For additional specifications, contact the Randolph County Senior Center at 636-4747. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. October 17, 2016. The Committee on Aging reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
