CONTRACTOR'S PROPOSAL Bid 2026-15 NOTICE TO ROOFING CONTRACTORS PROJECT: Roof Replacements at the following locations 1. Liberty High School 2. Park Middle School 3. Stanaford Elementary School The Raleigh County Board of Education invites qualified contactors to bid on the following projects: roof replacements on Liberty High School, Park Middle School, and Stanaford Elementary School. All will consist of Modified bitumen roofing. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Raleigh County Board of Education Purchasing Department, 104 Allen Ave, Beckley, WV 25801 on Tuesday December 23, 2025, at 9:00 am EST to discuss the details of these projects. Project specifications will be distributed at this time, and bidders may examine the existing conditions to provide a competitive bid. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the Raleigh County Board of Education to the attention of Michael Whisenant, Director of Purchasing, 104 Allen Ave, Beckley, WV 25801, and marked "Roofing Bid" on the outside of the envelope. Bidders are required to be bonded, hold a valid WV Contractor's License, and provide proof of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation coverage.
