Notice is hereby given that PRINCESS POLLY ANNA & JCT ENTERPRISES LLC, PO BOX 1877, LEWISBURG, WV 24901 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number S300212 in order to add auger/highwall mining in the Sewell A Seam.
The revised permit will discharge into Mill Ck/Meadow Rv of Kanawha Rv and is located 2.75 miles southeast of Quinwood in the Meadow Bluff District of Greenbrier County, Longitude 80o 40’ 46.0000” and Latitude 38o 01’ 36.0000” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
Written comments and/or requests for an informal conference of the surface mining application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until February 10, 2015, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication. A copy of the application will be available for review until February 10, 2015, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Greenbrier County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
