Notice is hereby given that STANLEY INDUSTRIES, INC., 587 WILLOW WAY, FLEMINGTON, WV 26347, has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) located at 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV, 26416-1600 to transfer, assign, or sell Permit No. Q200495 to SHILOH QUARRY LLC, 190 MIDSTREAM WAY, JANE LEW, WV 26378.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by 11/11/22, or thirty (30) days from initial date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the application will be available until 11/11/22, or thirty (30) days from initial date of publication in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and in the Tucker County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
