Notice is hereby given that Princess Polly Anna & JCT Enterprises, LLC, PO BOX 886, LEWISBURG, WV 24901, has submitted an application with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, (WVDEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, West Virginia, 25840 for a Phase I release on Permit Number S-3002-12 for the following increments:
Increment No. 6 9 acres
Increment No. 8 12 acres
Increment No. 9 9 acres
Increment No. 10 10 acres
The permit is located in Meadow Bluff District of Greenbrier County, 2.75 miles southeast of Quinwood on Unnamed tributaries of/and Mill Creek of Meadow River of Gauley River of Kanawha River.
Princess Polly Anna & JCT Enterprises, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 7/30/19 and is requesting release of sixty (60) percent of the reclamation performance bond for the above increments, currently in the amount of $68,800
Written comments will be received at the WVDEP address until May 4, 2020, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
