Notice is hereby given that Princess Polly Anna & JCT Enterprises, LLC, PO BOX 886, LEWISBURG WV 24901, has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for a Phase 1 release on Permit Number S-3011-16 for the following increments:
Increment No. 1 10 acres
Increment No. 4 12 acres
The permit is located in Meadow Bluff District of Greenbrier County, 3.5 miles southeast of Quinwood on unnamed tributaries of/and Mill Creek and unnamed tributaries of/and Big Clear Creek of Meadow River of Gauley River of Kanawha River.
Princess Polly Anna & JCT Enterprises, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 7/30/2019 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond for the above increments, currently in the amount of $53,680.00.
Written comments will be received at the WVDEP address above until April 13, 2020, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
