Notice is hereby given that WV RECLAIM CO, LLC, 2122 LEATHERWOOD ROAD, BICKMORE, WV 25019 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a Phase 1 release of Permit Number S200995 Increment Number 2 issued for 298.52 acres.
The permit is located in Henry District of Clay County and Grant and Jefferson Districts of Nicholas County, 3.18 miles east of Bickmore on Leatherwood Creek of Elk River and Peachorchard Branch, Boardtree Branch, Stillhouse Branch, unnamed tributary of/and Twentymile Creek of Gauley River.
WV RECLAIM CO, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 4/25/2012 and is requesting release of 50 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $1,255,800.00.
