EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Architectural / Engineering Services Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3, the Raleigh County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural / Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for a High School Renovation and New Elementary School. Qualified firms are invited to contact Phillip T. Jarrell, Director Purchasing, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley WV 25801 to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements. Statement of Qualification must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. local prevailing time on June 29, 2015 at the Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801. A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and will conduct discussions with at least three of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the Raleigh County Board of Education for approval.
