INVITATION TO BIDDERS
Fayette County Urban Renewal Authority will receive bids until 4 p.m. on November 19, 2018 for demolition of two residential structures, two outbuildings, and one partially demolished barn located at 167 Wolf Creek Road, Fayetteville, WV 25840. Demolition includes removal of the residential structures and barn, miscellaneous debris associated with those structure, and all foundations and slabs. The locations of the residential structures and barn are to be graded to a level condition. For the two outbuildings the concrete block and other materials should be pushed down slope and crushed to create a level area approximately 20 feet wide with excess materials and debris being removed. Contractor shall be responsible for removal of all debris to a qualified sanitary landfill. The Contractor shall be responsible for all utility disconnections. Bids shall include all labor, material, tools, and equipment needed to perform the work and shall be itemized by cost for each structure.

The successful bidder will be required to follow West Virginia Prevailing Wage unless otherwise exempt. The Fayette County Urban Renewal Authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids.
