The Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority invites proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, freight, equipment supplies, and transportation for the construction of a 30á x 30á exterior structure using polystyrene core panels. Panels must be weather protected and completely re-locatable and shall include all channel and fasteners.

All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Pricing shall be without any hidden cost, other than electric, plumbing outside work and option for foundation. ALL BID FORMS MUST BE SIGNED AND COMPLETE WITHOUT ERROR AND RETURN WITH BID.
The award of the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder only. Vendor must meet all requirements of the bidding documents. No Exceptions. MOVTA is not responsible for any late, lost or non-deliverable mail at the time of the bid opening.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority, 520 Juliana Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 until 1:30 p.m. on September 9, 2015. Bid prices shall remain in effect for 90 days.
