FIDUCIARY NOTICE
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of John Franklin Bassford
All persons having claims against the estate of the said John Franklin Bassford, deceased, whether due, or not, are notified to exhibit same, with the voucher thereof, legally verified to the undersigned, at the Law Office of Harmison and Associates, 11 N. Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, on or before the 16th day of April, 2024; otherwise they may be excluded from all benefits of said estate. All beneficiaries of said estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
