FIDUCIARY NOTICE
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of James David Felson
All persons having claims against the estate of the said James David Felson, deceased, whether due, or not, are notified to exhibit same, with the voucher thereof, legally verified to the undersigned, at the Law Office of Daniel C. Staggers, 133 East John Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia, on or before the 12th day of May, 2025; otherwise they may be excluded from all benefits of said estate. All beneficiaries of said estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
