Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Jason and Tracy Crabaugh for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests permission to construct a second dwelling at 212 Cloverfield Lane, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg District, described in Deed Book 605 on Page 236 and shown on Tax Map 14 as Parcel 3.53.
