Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of April, 2019, at 3:00 oáclock a.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Waters, David Michael Lowe will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her name from David Michael Lowe to Grady David Lowe, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
