IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Honorable Judge: Sean Hammers Civil Action No.: 2025-FIG-35 2025-CIGR-8 IN RE: The Guardianship of Khamoni Shaw and Desire McNeely ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 10th day of November, 2025, a petition was filed by Shaeonna Jackson in the Family Court of Cabell County, West Virginia requesting an Order of the Court granting guardianship of the minor children, Khamoni Shaw (DOB: 05/19/18) and Desire McNeely (DOB: 10/2/22). The matter was subsequently removed from the Family Court to the Circuit Court for further hearing. Notice is hereby given to Thomas Shaw, Darrius McNeely, Darrall Pulley, and any other putative or unknown father to said children that if said person objects to the granting of said Petition he or she may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 on MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. before the Honorable Sean Hammers, Circuit Court Judge of Cabell County, West Virginia. You are further advised that if an answer or appearance is not made by you at said hearing, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken regarding the minor child for the relief demanded in the Petition, i.e. legal guardianship to Ms. Jackson. An original and copies of the Petition and supporting documentation has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Cabell County, West Virginia, at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701.
