The matter was subsequently removed from the Family Court to the Circuit Court for further hearing. Notice is hereby given to Thomas Shaw, Darrius McNeely, Darrall Pulley, and any other putative or unknown father to said children that if said person objects to the granting of said Petition he or she may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 on MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. before the Honorable Sean Hammers, Circuit Court Judge of Cabell County, West Virginia.
