YOU are hereby NOTICED that a petition for the adoption of a minor girl born August 24, 2007, at Greenbrier Valley Hospital, Fairlea, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, to you and Crystal Marie Bailey, and also a minor boy born November 26, 2008, at Greenbrier Valley Hospital, Fairlea, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, to you and Crystal Marie Bailey. The petitioners being the maternal grandparents of these children will appear before Judge Richardson in the said Circuit Court for a hearing thereon to be held on the 28th day of April 2015, at 3:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, for the purpose of examining under oath the parties in interest and such other witnesses as may be deemed necessary.
This notice is given under West Virginia Code§48-22-601 et seq.
Failure to appear or answer the petition at or prior to said hearing may result in the termination of your paternal parental rights regarding each of these two children.
