Notice is hereby given to the above-named parties pursuant to West Virginia Code 49-4-601 and 59-3-1 that a petition in the above captioned matter has been filed in the Circuit Court of Morgan County. Notice is further given that an Adjudication/Disposition Hearing in this case is scheduled for Friday, May 9, 2025 at 1:45 p.m., before the Honorable Debra McLaughlin, located in the Circuit Courtroom, Morgan County Circuit Court, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, to determine the issues alleged in the petition and the possible termination of parental rights in and to said child.
A copy of the Petition can be obtained from the Morgan County Circuit Clerk’s Office, Morgan County Courthouse, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.
The parents of this child have the right to counsel at every stage in these proceedings, and if not already appointed an attorney, one may be appointed for them upon application of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Failure to respond to this notice could result in possible termination of parental rights to this child.
